Birdwatching in Sanbanse 1 (April 25, 2023)

Watching breeding plumage of shorebirds is always exciting.  Sandering, Dunlin, Bar-tailed Godwit, Mongolian Plover and Grey Plover showed the attractive plumage.  Although the number wasn't so many, it was still a good birding day.

Birdwatching in Maioka Koen (April 19 and 21, 2023)

Spring migration is nearly in the peak season.  Eastern Crowned Warbler, Asian Stubtail and Narcissus Flycatcher were singing their songs, though none was seen.  Just Japanese Bush Warbler was easily observed.

Birdwatching in Ukishima and Ryugasaki (April 20, 2023)

My first target Bluethroat left one day before.  Although I went to Ukishima to look for Japanese Reed Bunting and inland shorebirds, it was not productive.
