Blyth's Reed Warbler is a lifer for me. So small reed warbler, about a same size with Japanese Tit. A large flock of Baikal Teal was absent on the day.

Birdwatching in Asahi City, Natusume-no-Seki, Imba-numa and Tega-numa (January 15, 2022)
Although our target was Branta hutchinsii minima, we were unable to find it in Chiba. Over 40,000 Baikal Teals were seen in Inba-numa, though they were really far away.
