Ukima Koen (April 22, 2024)

 Japanese Night  Heron was a lifer for me.  An endangered heron lives in dense vegentation in the mixed forest and is normally elusive.  The heron stayed in Ukima Koen, Tokyo for a while on the way to the breeding ground.

Birdwatching in Shioya Town (April 2, 6and 15, 2024)

I visited a breeding site of Perergrine Falcon.  Although the chicks are not seen yet, I had good observation of the falcon.
