Birdwatching in Maioka Koen (20 January, 2013)

Likely last weekend, it was a warm and calm day.  Highlight of the day was a female Long-tailed Rosefinch.  It was briefly seen or photographed.  A male Daurian Redstart and Japanese Pygmy Woodpecker were very tame and allowed me to approach closer.

A warm and peaceful day.  Although no special bird was seen, a very good day for photographing birds.  Comparing to last week, very few number of Bullfinches were seen while no Long-tailed Rosefinch was seen.
