  1. I've just recently become interested in birding, and am living in Hiroshima. I'm happy to have found your blog, and I've added the feed to my reader. At first glance, I haven't found a lot out there in English on birding in Japan. Can you recommend anything you've found especially helpful or enjoyable? Thanks.

    1. Hi Maethelwine, Hiroshima is nice place to do birding. Although I haven't birded in Hiroshima before, I recommend you try birding in Hiroshima Castle. BTW, do you speak Japanese a bit? If so, it would be a good idea for you to join "Tancho-kai", birding activity, conducted by Wild Bird Socity of Japan. Check below for the detail (in Japanese).
